Program Guidelines
- Eligibility
- Referrals must come from individuals located within 100 miles of Buffalo, Wyoming.
- Referrals must result in a completed sale of stone, tile, or custom cabinetry products that totals $1,500 or more. Projects with a total sales price under $1,500 do not qualify for commission.
- The referred customer must purchase and pay for the products and services in full before any commission is paid out.
- Referral Process
- Submit Your Referral: To submit a referral, simply provide the name, phone number, and any relevant project details of the person you’re referring. This can be done through our website, over the phone, or via email.
- Verification: Once the referral has been made, we will verify the details of the lead to ensure they meet the program’s criteria (location, project size, and validity of contact information).
- Successful Sale: After the referred customer finalizes their purchase and the transaction is complete, we will verify that the project meets the requirements for the commission.
- Commission Structure
- Standard Commission: Referrers will receive 5% of the total sales price for each verified, qualifying referral.
- Increased Commission: Once a referrer has successfully referred five or more verifiable projects, they will qualify for an increased commission rate of 7% on any subsequent referrals. This increase will apply to all future referrals, not just the next one.
- Commissions Paid: Commissions will be paid out 30 days after the referred customer’s payment has been processed. Payments will be made via check or direct deposit, as per the referrer’s preference.
- Exclusions & Restrictions
- Sales Qualifying for Referral: Only sales of stone, tile, or custom cabinetry will be eligible for commissions under this program. Sales of accessories, installation services, or any other add-ons outside of these categories do not qualify for commission.
- Referral Validity: Referrals are only valid if they result in a completed sale within 90 days of the referral submission. If the referred customer does not proceed with a purchase within this time frame, the referral will no longer be considered active.
- Multiple Referrals: If multiple individuals refer the same potential customer, only the first referral submitted will be eligible for the commission.
- Referral Program Example
- Referral 1: You refer a customer who purchases $3,000 worth of stone and tile. You earn 5% commission, or $150.
- Referral 2: After successfully completing five qualifying referrals, your next customer spends $4,500 on a custom cabinetry project. Now, you earn 7% commission, or $315.
- Program Terms
- The referral program may be modified or terminated at any time by the company. Participants will be notified of any changes.
- Referrals must be properly documented at the time of submission to be considered valid.
- This program applies only to customers who are new to our company, and cannot apply to customers who have already interacted with us or have made a previous inquiry.
